Hall Chadwick is expanding its presence as a leading mid-tier accounting and business advisory firm with the appointment of two new Directors in its Business Advisory Services division.
Gerrit Vorster and Bryce Scidone will join Hall Chadwick from Findex, increasing Hall Chadwick’s Business Services leadership team to six Directors, alongside the Firm’s six Audit & Assurance and Corporate Services Directors.

Bryce Scidone joins Hall Chadwick as a Director in the Business Advisory Services team, bringing over a decade of experience in accounting.
Having worked with small and medium-sized enterprises, high-net-worth groups, not-for-profits, and foreign-registered companies, Bryce’s expertise spans a variety of industries including construction, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services.
Previously an Associate Partner at Findex, Bryce is skilled in preparing financial statements, management reports, and implementing cloud accounting solutions. His strong background in tax compliance, combined with a passion for providing strategic advice, allows him to guide businesses through key growth phases, from start-up structuring to succession planning.

Previously a Partner at Findex, Gerrit has a diverse background in industries such as technology, consulting, construction, property development, retail, and not-for-profits, offering a broad perspective and strategic insight. His focus is on helping small-to-medium businesses thrive by providing expert advice in taxation, accounting, and business strategy.
Gerrit's hands-on, results-oriented approach helps businesses reduce risk, improve performance, and make informed decisions. Known for his strength in financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and management reporting, he also serves as a virtual CFO, offering ongoing financial guidance.
