Recently the ASX released their upcoming listing fee changes which you can find below the current and new changes that will be in effect from 1 July 2023 or 1 January 2024.

The above changes represent a 6% increase from the prior year.
In the case of an entity whose securities have been suspended from quotation continuously for six months or more on 31 May 2023, the annual listing fee payable is $25,000.

*The $310 New Product Creation fee that was previously in place also applies when a new class of quoted securities is created and quoted.

The above changes represent a 6% increase from the prior year.
Please be aware that GST is not included in the fees listed in this schedule. These fees are itemised on the tax invoices that are produced and are charged in addition to GST.

Except for firms in the Foreign Exempt Listing category with a primary listing on the NZX Main Board, a minimum of $100,000 is required for foreign exempt listings. The maximum amount for all international exempt listings is $1,000,000.

The above changes represent a 6% increase from the prior year.
