Wayne Healy

Director

Wayne is the Managing Director at Hall Chadwick WA and is engaged with the strategic aspect of the business, spending considerable time with the Leadership Team.

Wayne joined the firm as a graduate accountant in 1985. He became a Partner a few years later and then accepted the role as Managing Partner in 1995. Wayne is capable across all disciplines of Accounting but his passion is Leadership.

His zeal for people and leadership enable Wayne to deal with the today, while always looking into the future. Wayne's interest is to imagine the business five years away and work out how to get there. Technology and modern business practices have been a constant part of Wayne's career. This includes designing and implementing business solutions, paperless office environments and cloud based enterprise systems.

Wayne is an active member of The Taxation Institute, a former Director of the Taxation Institute National Board and has chaired the National Education Advisory Board and Western Australian State Council. Wayne has written a number of technical papers and has presented for various accounting and taxation bodies. Wayne is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Member of The Taxation Institute.

Wayne is a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and an executive on the Board of a the national Hall Chadwick Association.

Wayne is able to bring considerable Accounting, Governance, Taxation and strategic planning experience to client businesses and Boards and has advised both Not-For-Profit organisations and Companies on these matters.
