Ashley is a seasoned leader with 22 years of experience in the Not-for-Profit charity sector in Western Australia, most recently as Executive Director of Nudge. Ashley’s experience spans collaborations with Indigenous businesses and corporations, government agencies, and corporate partners.

He has extensive expertise in Not-For-Profit management, strategic planning, and creative solutions tailored to community needs, consistently driving growth, enhancing revenue streams, and developing profiles while executing strategic visions that empower communities and organisations.

Ash volunteers with the Kids School Grant Committee and actively coaches local kids' footy and cricket teams. Ash is also affiliated with the Institute of Community Directors Australia.
